After studing and writing the EAAB exam I qualified as an Estate Agent in March 2004 and registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board. I am also a qualified member of MLS (multi listing services). I was awarded the Top New Associate Award for 2007 and received a 100% Club award for 2007. I have also passed an Advanced Listing and Negotiating Training course plus on going training.
